Ingredients of PATLICAN MUSAKKA (EGGPLANT MOUSSAKA)

  1. You need 1 of eggplant.
  2. It's 250 gr of ground beef.
  3. You need 1 of onion.
  4. You need 2 cloves of garlics.
  5. You need 1 of fresh tomato.
  6. You need of Salt.
  7. It's of Black pepper.
  8. You need of Dried parsley.
  9. It's of Olive oil.
  10. You need of For sauce.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
  12. Prepare 1 glass of hot water.

PATLICAN MUSAKKA (EGGPLANT MOUSSAKA) instructions

  1. Slice eggplants and fry. Set aside in baking tray.
  2. Chop the onion & tomato, minced the garlics.
  3. Heat olive oil, stir fry onion, garlic and ground beef.
  4. Add tomato and keep stiring until it cooked well.
  5. Put the beef on top of eggplant.
  6. Pre-heat Oven 180° C. Prepare sauce. 1 tbsp tomato paste and hot water. Mix well. And pour onto the beef.
  7. Garnish with chillies and fresh tomato. Bake 180° C for about 35-40 minutes.
