Ingredients of PATLICAN MUSAKKA (EGGPLANT MOUSSAKA)
- You need 1 of eggplant.
- It's 250 gr of ground beef.
- You need 1 of onion.
- You need 2 cloves of garlics.
- You need 1 of fresh tomato.
- You need of Salt.
- It's of Black pepper.
- You need of Dried parsley.
- It's of Olive oil.
- You need of For sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
- Prepare 1 glass of hot water.
PATLICAN MUSAKKA (EGGPLANT MOUSSAKA) instructions
- Slice eggplants and fry. Set aside in baking tray.
- Chop the onion & tomato, minced the garlics.
- Heat olive oil, stir fry onion, garlic and ground beef.
- Add tomato and keep stiring until it cooked well.
- Put the beef on top of eggplant.
- Pre-heat Oven 180° C. Prepare sauce. 1 tbsp tomato paste and hot water. Mix well. And pour onto the beef.
- Garnish with chillies and fresh tomato. Bake 180° C for about 35-40 minutes.
