Ingredients of Deconstructed Moussaka

  1. You need 500 g of beef mince.
  2. Prepare 1 can of tomatoes onion mix.
  3. You need 1 of large aubergine.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of salsa/tomato paste.
  5. It's 100 g of feta.
  6. You need Handful of grated cheddar.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic.
  8. You need 1 tsp of oregano.

Deconstructed Moussaka step by step

  1. Brown mince and garlic in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Scoop out and set aside..
  2. Chop the aubergine into 1cm cubes. Place in pan and salute until cooked through..
  3. Add cooked mince, tomato onion mix, oregano and tomato paste to the pan. Mix well..
  4. Add cubes of feta, and simmer for 5 min until warmed through..
  5. Spoon into plates and top with grated cheddar to serve..
