  14. Prepare 2 pieces of Red onions.
  15. It's 1 teaspoon of Tumeric.
  16. You need of Black paper to test.

Potato pancake step by step

  1. FOR THE PANCAKE BUTTER. Take a mixing bowl and add roasted cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger,garlic,olive oil, wheat flour,eggs,sugar,salt and milk then stir the mixture by using wire whisk until you get a very light consistency of pancake butter..
  2. FOR THE POTATOES FILLINGS. Take your pan and heat it then add some 2tablespoon of cooking oil then add your mustard seeds and let them to sweat for 1mins and then you add your onion and saute them for 4-5min and then you add tumeric and season it with salt and black pepper..
  3. FOR THE DIP. take a mixing bowl then pour your plain yogurt or Greek yogurt and mix it with a chopped fresh coriander and mix it well until they are well mixed..
  4. Take a piece of your cooked pancake put it on a chopping board and then apply your potatoes fillings on the centre of your pancake and roll it. Then cut it into slices and before you serve it pour some coriander yogurt on top of your potatoes pancake..
