Once they have softened add sliced mushrooms and cook until they have softened and shrunk. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Add the yoghurt and mix well whilst on a low heat. Once you see the oil surface above the yogurt then add the white wine and mix well. Let it simmer for 3 minutes and then it’s ready 🙂.
