  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of oil.
  4. Prepare 2 cups of greek yogurt.

Greek Yogurt Scones #Baking instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°c..
  2. Grease and flour a square 25 or rectangular 21cm x 29cm cake or roasting pan..
  3. Combine flour, icing sugar and oil with finger tips until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs..
  4. Add Greek yougurt to the flour mixture and with a spoon mix until just combined..
  5. Press the dough down on a floured surface and about 2.5cm. Using a medium scone cutter make 16 scones..
  6. Place them into pan and bakefor 20 minutes until they are lightly brown..
  7. Remove from pan and serve..
  8. Serve with plain butter, cheddar or gouda cheese or your favourite jam topped with cream..
