- Combine flour, icing sugar and oil with finger tips until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs..
- Add Greek yougurt to the flour mixture and with a spoon mix until just combined..
- Press the dough down on a floured surface and about 2.5cm. Using a medium scone cutter make 16 scones..
- Place them into pan and bakefor 20 minutes until they are lightly brown..
- Remove from pan and serve..
- Serve with plain butter, cheddar or gouda cheese or your favourite jam topped with cream..
