- You need 50 grams of dried fish (u can take any fish).
- You need 1 small cup of grated coconut.
- Prepare 8-10 of chillies.
- Prepare 1/8 tsp of fenu greek seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander seeds.
- It's 1/2 of lemon sized tamarind.
- Prepare 3-4 of Aamchur pieces.
- You need 1 tsp of oil coconut or any oil.
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger.
- It's 8-10 of garlic pods.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
Dry Silver Belly Fish Curry(Goan Style) instructions
- First take fish and wash properly.
- In a jar take coconut and all the ingredients, except aamchoor and make fine paste.
- Soak amchoor in water for some time.
- In a kadai add oil then followed by masala, let it cook add aamchoor water, salt to taste and water, cook for 5 minutes..
- Now add dry fishes and cook further for 5-10 mins, once the oil separates switch off the gas..
- Serve with chapati or with rice..
