  7. You need 75 grams of smoked salmon slices ( 2 medium slices each).
  8. You need 1 of good pinch fresh cracked black pepper ..
  9. It's 1/4 of cucumber peeled with seeds taken out.
  10. You need 1 of handful blueberries.
  11. Prepare 2 of sprigs of Greek basil, mint or parsley ..

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the sun dried tomato paste. I then add honey , mustard, lemon juice and rind, add the crabmeat and the black pepper . mix well..
  2. Lay the salmon flat in slices and add a little bit to each slice and roll into a cone or cigar shape ..
  3. Serve with the cucumber, blueberries and the green sprigs of choice..
  4. You may have some mixture over, refrigerate and use with in one day , if the crab is still within use by date as a sandwich spread..
  5. You can depending on size of salmon make parcels if you wish..
