- It's 8 oz of skinless,boneless chicken breast.
- Prepare 1 tsp of olive oil.

- It's 5 cup of chopped romaine lettuce.
- It's 3/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese.
- You need 4 slice of hickory smoked bacon.
- You need 2 of hard boiled eggs,halved.
- It's 1/2 slice of avocado.
- You need 1 cup of chopped vine ripe tomotatoes.
- It's 1/2 cup of greek vinaigrette dressing.
Cobb salad step by step
- preheat grill on high, rub the chicken breast with olive oil and seasoning, then place on the hot grill..
- Lower heat to med high and cook, covered,for 10min or until no longer pink in the center turning once..
- remove chicken from grill and let rest for 10min before slicing..
- divide lettuce, cheese, bacon, eggs, avacado and tomatoes between two plates..
- Top with warm chicken slices..
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of the dressing over each salad..
