Ingredients of California Dog

1. You need 1 each of All beef frank.
2. It's 1 each of Whole wheat hot dog bun.
3. You need 1/2 each of Nori sheet.
4. You need 1 each of Avocado.
5. Prepare 1 each of Lemon.
6. You need 1 of Salt.
7. You need 1 of Chili powder.
8. It's 1/2 tbsp of Greek yogurt.

California Dog step by step

1. Steam your frank..
2. Toast your bun..
3. Toast nori gently until it stiffens. I just fan it over a stove burner for 30 seconds or so..
4. Crush the avocado and season with salt, chili powder, and lemon juice..
5. Smear a bit of yogurt on the toasted bun..
6. Add a smear of guacamole.
7. Add your steamed frank..
8. Add a big pinch of sauerkraut..
9. Fold the nori sheet in half, then slice into fine batons..
10. Finish with a big pinch of nori sprinkles..
