These Greek(ish) lamb burgers are one of our favorite lamb recipes ever.
We're particularly fond of the of the feta yogurt sauce, so we slather it on both sides of the bun.
Lamb burgers are a great alternative to beef burgers.
Ingredients of Lambburgers
- Prepare 2 lb of lamb, ground.
- Prepare 1 lb of beef, ground.
- You need 7 of hamburger buns.
- It's 2 medium of tomatoes, sliced.
- It's 3 tbsp of minced garlic.
- It's 1 tsp of ground black pepper.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Heinz 57 steak sauce or, your favorite.
- You need 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce, optional.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of marjoram.
- You need 1 stick of butter, butter.
Lambburgers step by step
- Mix the beef , marjoram, lamb, salt and pepper.
- Form into patties grill on the grill, till done. Right before pulling them off grill add melted butter to both sides. Careful the flames will jump up!.
